At XRO Tech, customer satisfaction is important to us.

  • Fees once paid for workshops, training programs, or digital services are generally non-refundable.
  • Refunds may only be provided in exceptional cases approved by the management.
  • If a technical issue occurs from our side and the service cannot be delivered, eligible users may request a refund.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of payment.
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days.
  • Cancellation Policy
  • Users may cancel their registration before the workshop or program starts.
  • Once access to digital content, live sessions, or course materials has been provided, cancellation may not be eligible.
  • XRO Tech reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any workshop, event, or service due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • In such cases, users may receive an alternative session or refund based on company policy.
