Refund Policy
At XRO Tech, customer satisfaction is important to us.
- Fees once paid for workshops, training programs, or digital services are generally non-refundable.
- Refunds may only be provided in exceptional cases approved by the management.
- If a technical issue occurs from our side and the service cannot be delivered, eligible users may request a refund.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of payment.
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days.
- Cancellation Policy
- Users may cancel their registration before the workshop or program starts.
- Once access to digital content, live sessions, or course materials has been provided, cancellation may not be eligible.
- XRO Tech reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any workshop, event, or service due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, users may receive an alternative session or refund based on company policy.
